miApple.me uses Rafflecopter for giveaways (sweepstakes).
How it works
Each point represents an entry in the lottery wheel, so you can increase the chance of winning by, for example, sharing the relevant post every day during the giveaway period and thus accumulated a lot of points.
Terms and Conditions
Participation in the competition is free and independent of the purchase of any services. Participants of the raffle will be considered only if they have conducted the issues of the sweepstakes or answered the sweepstakes completely and registered with all the required information in the relevant form. All entries will be decided by lot, ensuring the randomness. Winners will be notified in writing of miApple.me by email within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond to this notification email within 7 days with respect to the miApple.me profit in writing (by letter, email) to confirm the claim, the prize expires and an alternate winner will be drawn according to the same procedure. The winner will be reinforced again in the prize notification of this requirement. The accuracy of the address is the participant’s responsibility.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all persons aged 18 or older. To participate in the contest / sweepstakes truthful indication of the personal data of the subscriber is required. Employees of miApple.me and their relatives are excluded from participation. miApple.me is entitled to exclude individuals from participation unless legitimate reasons, such as violation of the terms of participation, duplicate participation, undue influence of competition, manipulation , etc. are present. Where appropriate in these cases also profits can be subsequently withdrawn and be reclaimed.
Changes in the rules for participation and completion of the contest / sweepstakes
miApple.me reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Furthermore, miApple.me reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes at any time for good cause without notice or interrupt. This is especially true for those reasons that would interfere with or prevent a scheduled operation of the sweepstakes. If such a termination is caused by a participant’s behavior, miApple.me is entitled to demand compensation for the damage suffered by that person.
Limitations of liability
miApple.me is only liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence or by itself, its legal representatives or vicarious agents by the breach of obligations under the sweepstakes / raffle (cardinal obligations). Principal duties are those whose fulfillment to achieve the objective of the competition / the draw is necessary. In these cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. The liability of miApple.me for damages from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Privacy policy
All personal data of the user is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of implementation and processing of the sweepstakes. The winner’s name will be published on miApple.me. The participant is free at any time to withdraw its participation in the sweepstakes. The revocation must be sent to: contact@miapple.me.
Subscribing to the newsletter is free and is not a mandatory part of the competition. This subscription can be canceled anytime.
Final provisions
The giveaways are conducted according to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If any provision of the conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
In the games and raffles any recourse to the courts is excluded.
