iOS 8 icon

iOS 8 iconLearn how to remove subscribed calendars from iPhone and iPad running on iOS 8. Apple changed the way to remove subscribed calendars coming with iOS 7 and iOS 8. Subscribed calendars can only be hidden within the calendar app, but cannot be deleted there. In iOS 8, iOS 9, iOS 10 and iOS 11, subscribed calendars are removed in ‘Settings’. Further more, a detailed Apple support document for iOS calendar app is missing. There is only a documentation for iCloud calendar subscriptions on Mac OS X.

Update: How To Set Up WhatsApp Web On iPad And Mac
WhatsApp iconWhatsApp on iPad without jailbreak was working on iOS 7 and iOS 8 up to version 2.11.8. But now, WhatsApp 2.11.8 apparently expired, meaning the app certificate is not valid anymore. Hence, you cannot install WhatsApp 2.11.8 on your iPad or your iPod touch. Furthermore, WhatsApp versions higher than 2.11.8 have never worked on iOS 8. The reason for this is seemingly a checkup folder created while installing WhatsApp on the iPhone which cannot be copied onto the iPad due to root limitations of a non-jailbreaked iPad.

iBooks for Mac logoiBooks not syncing PDF files and ePub books not purchased in the iBooks store is a big problem for many people. In this tutorial I will show you to how iBooks is working and syncing on Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks and iOS 7 (Update: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite, OS X 10.11 El Capitan, iOS 8 and iOS 9 included) and how to fix the iBooks not syncing issue. iBooks for Mac was introduced with Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks and brings the existing features of iBooks on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any Mac with OS X Mavericks installed. iBooks for Mac is comparable to iPhoto for Mac meaning iBooks for Mac is the syncing center for PDF files and ePub books not purchased in the iBooks store. iBooks and iBooks collections are synced via iCloud, but PDF files and ePub books are not!

Update: MetaWatch Manager 1.3 And Firmware 1.5 Updates Pushing All iOS 7 Notifications

MetaWatch LogoThe latest MetaWatch Manager 1.2.5 update fails to connect to the MetaWatch. Up to version 1.2.4 the MetaWatch Manager worked perfectly on the latest iOS 7 beta. This means the reason for that problem is located in the MetaWatch Manager. But I found a fix to restore MetaWatch Manager version 1.2.4. This fix works if there is version 1.2.4 somewhere left on your computer.
