iBooks is now natively capable to sync PDF files, ePub books (‘ebooks’) and iBooks author books via iCloud. The requirements are OS X 10.11.4 El Capitan, macOS 10.12 Sierra or macOS 10.13 High Sierra for Macs and MacBooks and iOS 9.3, iOS 10 or iOS 11 for iOS devices (iPhone, iPad and iPod touch). There is no need anymore to sync PDF files, ePub books and iBooks author books via iTunes. The problem that PDF files and ePub books aren’t syncing is solved.
Sometimes you cannot delete an email in the iOS Outbox mailbox on your iPhone or iPad because the email is stuck in the outbox and the ‘Edit’ button is greyed, meaning not accessible for deleting. In this case, you have to power off your iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod touch), restart it and then you can edit and delete the stucked email message in the outbox folder. Deleting email stuck in outbox on iphone works for iOS 11, iOS 10 and iOS 9.

iOS 8 AirPlay brings a peer-to-peer AirPlay option to wirelessly connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to your Apple TV. You do not need to be connected to a WiFi network. With this option, any friend, colleague or partner of yours is able to stream content from his iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to your Apple TV via AirPlay. The peer-to-peer AirPlay discovery and playback is shortly introduced on a Apple iOS 8 enterprise page.
PhotoSync 2.2 Giveaway: Hi folks, take a chance to win 1 out of 5 promo codes for PhotoSync 2.2 for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch)! AirParrot and Reflector App are versatile tools to use Apple’s AirPlay function to mirror screens. The well-known function of AirParrot for Mac or AirParrot for Windows mirrors the computer screen to Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation). Using Reflector for Mac or Reflector for Windows PC turns your computer into an AirPlay receiver and enables AirPlay screen mirroring from iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to computers.
Reflector 1.6.3 for Mac is now available. Now supported iOS devices can mirror at 1080p when “Optimize For” is set to High-Resolution. Further more, this version improves Reflector and AirPlay stability. The trial period has also been improved. Previously, the trial was limited to one ten-minute mirroring session every ten minutes. Reflector 1.6.3 changes this period to seven days and adds a watermark. The Mac version can record your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad screen, the Windows PC one does not. The video screen capture works seamlessly on my Mac Book Pro 13”, mid 2012.
PhotoSync is a versatile photo and video syncing app. You can use it with the most common cloud services and for your private cloud / iCloud (for details see my review on PhotoSync 2.0). In addition, PhotoSync transfers also your photos and videos to a Windows PC or a Mac.
