As I mentioned some days ago, Cubby is a new cloud service with a peer-to-peer functionality which differs Cubby from box.net, Dropbox, SugarSync, Skydrive, Google Drive or other cloud providers. On July 11th, 2012, Cubby announced a referral program: You get 1GB extra space for every invited person who installed Cubby.
In contrast to Dropbox, Box.net or SugarSync it is possible to install several Cubbies on one single Windows PC! For each installation you get 1GB free. But you have to install a new Windows user for every new Cubby installation. This is a good practice for households where several persons use one single computer. 😉
